Stopped in today to shop. What a treat! The Store is pre-grand opening, (so watch for the big day!) is still in progress, but is already stocked with wonderful handcrafted goods from all over the world. Jewelry, coffees, wall hangings, scarves & wraps, handbags, handcrafted creatures, journals, and still more on the way! I also met the owner who is very friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about the merchandise she carries and the countries & artisans represented from previous trips abroad. The vast array of crafts are very affordable & I could easily, and happily, have spent the entire afternoon enjoying the variety and quality. I am so excited that this shop is here! It's a wonderful way to help women around the world sell their handcrafted articles to escape poverty, build better lives, and as Ten Thousand Villages states it, "empower artisans".
