Dr. Jain has been my doctor for many years, and in that time has taken care of me rather well. Until now, he joined the Wellmed "family" last year and things began to change, first off he was no longer allowed to draw Blodgett from me due to me being a self pay patient. Okay, well there's Quest, etc. for that. Yesterday I was trying to make am appointment and was informed that since I am self pay he can no longer see me, even though this man has been my doctor for years. I always pay at the time of service, never billed. I was under the impression he really cared about his patients. I really am disappointed to learn it's all about the money. After all they charge more to a patient with insurance or medicare than they do to self pay cash patients. Badly done Doctor Jain, badly done.
