Bob and Home Access have done three separate projects for our home in Cherry Hill, NJ. We have found him to be nothing but prompt, responsive and professional in his dealings and his work is fantastic. I wouldn't hesitate to call him or Home Access back. In fact, I likely will.

This company did work for us in 2014-until a week into 2015. We found he was not a licensed contractor and the insurance is questionable. My company got audited by our insurance company. When we asked for info from BOB we had no help and no return call. Would not give a copy of his liability n workmans comp info. Through investigating found he was not licensed in 2014-2015 and present day of January 4, 2016. We paid him in full before work was finished ( big mistake) and never completed the job. Had to hire another company to finish what Bob started. Highly recommend that you call the state to get info before hiring this company. We were audited and fined thousands of dollars bc of his lack of a simple reply for paperwork. So I do NOT recommend this company to do any work in anyone's house.
