East coast moving & storage was really good. They were punctual, strong and efficient. I have no issues with them while they moved my stuff a few months ago. But what separated this company from other moving companies to me was their customer service. They were so helpful at every step of the way. They really got me a good deal on the move. I called them many times while my things were in their hands. They were always friendly and ready with an answer for me. I got a call after the delivery was made asking me how the move went. I’m totally sold on these hardworking and honest people who work for this amazing company.

But knowing what kind of superb reputation this company has, I had to hire them. Everything about these guys was so professional. They were punctual, both during arrival and delivery. Also they have a huge network all over the country meaning they can offer lower prices than other companies and still provide superior services. There was nothing their movers couldn’t do during my last move. They arrived on time, showed amazing skills in packing and delivered all my valuables right on schedule. The final bill was not a penny over what they estimated. I couldn’t find any glitches anywhere during this move.

It is better to mention that we used to live in a penthouse floor apartment and were moving to a 4th floor walkup so stairs and heights were definitely issues. Given how difficult it was to get all my things down the elevator while others were using it, I would say these movers did a fabulous job since no one complained. Even when they were delivering, that too on time, they were extremely efficient and organized. It was an inhuman effort and I can’t thank them enough. I can only recommend this company to everyone.

The representative who I had spoken to on the phone was very pleasant. He sent me an estimated quote within minutes and they were very professional. They called me a day before the move to make sure everything was set up and ready to go. The movers came to pick everything up on time and did everything quickly and neatly. Everything was done so neatly that it took them almost no time to unload an entire studio apartment from the truck when they made the delivery. It was a very successful move. I suggest you hire these guys ahead of time.
