        The baking element of my 30+ year old oven burned out as fresh bread was rising. Neither the big discounter nor the local hardware stocked this item, and internet parts orders are time consuming and getting the correct part is risky. A yellow page search led me to this business which was close to home, and a call confirmed they stocked oven parts. My visit was a pleasure and perfectly productive. The person who helped me was truly knowlegable, friendly, and even gave to me a money saving choice for an exact replacement. I will go there first any time in the future when I need any help for parts.
