These people had installed my system before I purchased the house. My system started backing up into my yard. When I called them on a Friday, the secretary said that no one would be able to come out on Friday, but they'd be able to get to me on Monday. Monday morning, I called to see when their tech was going to come, so I could arrange it with my work to be there. The guy that answered the phone told me he'd have someone call me back. No one called me back. When I called again, the secretary was supposed to check and get back with me. By 1pm, there was still no call back. In the meantime, my septic is still backing up into my yard. I now have someone else coming to my house to finish the job. I will never try to have these people service my system again if they can't even give me a time when they're coming to my house.
