Scordos has been under new ownership for 1 year now and I have had both my cars serviced there. I simply cant afford others prices. I always watch 3hs and 5 min was 4 hrs charge. That's nuts. I have seen mechanics cleaning tools on my time too. seems like they get a percentage as they move like turtles. Scordos is the BEST and they have done right by me. I live on a fixed income so scordos has proven to me to be fair and care. My time is valuable too and michelle has always gotten me in as promised on schedule. THANK YOU SCORDOS FOR BEING TRUSTWORTHY !!!

After being towed to this facility from ACE as recommended by the tow truck driver, I have never experience such pathetic service. The symptoms were an indication of a blown transmission. Scordos was to investigate the problem on a Friday and let me know what the problem was. I never received a call. I called twice on Saturday as I was not sure if they were open. I called again on Monday morning and the owner answered the phone, explained the transmission was damaged and needed to be replaced. He was rather sarcastic, which I didn’t appreciate. He also was to find the cost and let me know by noon. By 1:30, I never got the call so I called the shop 3 times that day and left messages. They never answer the phone or return calls. This facility is totally unresponsive. I finally had the car towed to another shop on Tuesday morning. My bill from Scordos was $142 to change the transmission fluid, 12 qts of fluid for a car that only holds 8.5 qts and the write up says it delays into forth gear and everything’s OK? To add icing to this cake, over half the tank of fuel is missing from the car. I don’t know who or how, but it's gone.
