Northeast Missouri Humane Society

The Hannibal HS has had many directors. The current director truly cares for the animals and is available to speak with you. He is very knowledgeable about the animals in his care and is very interested in placing the animals. The HS there has become involved with the prison training program and the dogs are usually adopted even before they come home. I have personally adopted a wonderful dog and fostered for the shelter. Wonderful experience.
