        Dr. Salman Ashruf is a board certified plastic surgeon and cosmetic surgery specialist. He uses the latest in minimally invasive surgery techniques to achieve beautiful cosmetic surgery results. Dr. Ashruf completed 2 post graduate fellowships at prestigious medical centers across the country. He completed a cosmetic fellowship at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where he also served as faculty. Dr. Ashruf is a Maryland Native, he attended Loyola high school, then went to the Medical College of Ohio and after obtaining his medical degree, completed a plastic surgery residency at Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. Dr. Ashruf’s commitment to his areas of specialty, aesthetic plastic surgery has allowed him to serve Maryland and the Greater Washington area with pride and confidence. His dedication to his patients, their needs, and their lives has enabled him to help many people achieve their dreams. Dr. Ashruf enjoys art, reading, and outdoor sports. He is the father of four children.

        As a frequent watcher of "Botched" on TV, to say that I was nervous about have cosmetic surgery was an understatement but from the moment I walked in the door at Dr. Ashrufs office, all of that nervousness disappeared. From my first appointment, to surgery day and each follow up appointment, I felt so relaxed and at ease knowing that the doctor and his awesome team were taking care of me :-)

        I love the new look of my tummy. Dr. Ashruf and staffs were attentive and to ensure that everything will be taken care. They really meant it. They hired an ASL interpreter to make communication effective with me as a Deaf person for my tummy tuck surgery. Thank you!

        New year, new me!

        I found Dr Ashruf online, and with great reviews decided to come in for a consult. After 2 pregnancies and finally reaching my goal weight, I was left with loose skin in the tummy, deflated breasts and muscle separation. Dr Ashruf listened to my concerns and knew exactly what I was looking for. He showed me example photos and discussed options. I decided to go for it! After a TT w/ MR, Lipo and Breast Augmentation, the results are amazing! staff/nurses are phenomenal, answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. The procedure was exactly what I was looking for - a New me in the New Year! Thank you Dr Ashruf!
