My name is Julie Sherrod, Community Manager for the Master Association at Stevenson Ranch. I have been working with Select Painting and Construction for the past 10 years. With 3700 homes, they have been replacing, repairing and painting 40 miles of wrought iron fencing. The office staff is great to work with which makes my job a lot easier. Gate Replacement/Installation

We do not need access through your unit at anytime unless otherwise specified on the notice. We access patios and balconies with ladders, lifts, or other equipment as needed.

648-unit condominium and townhome community where they performed exterior painting and wood replacement. We broke the community in to three phases so that we could go out to bid for each phase, and each time, Select Painting was awarded the job and I’m so glad that they were. They made the entire process as easy as could be – they handled all notifications to the residents and communicated
