South Hanover Automotive

I have been taking my cars to South Hanover Automotive for 8 years now and honestly wouldn't take them anywhere else. The staff is very professional and knowledgeable and they have always fit me in for an appointment around my schedule. I have purchased tires for everyone of my cars and at a better price than most competitors. They not only have fixed any issues that I have had with my cars, they have also prevented further damage down the road by pointing out any potential problems that they notice while working on them. I have been very happy with South Hanover Automotive for all the years that I have been dealing with them and I would recommend them to anyone. I can say I completely trust the staff at South Hanover Automotive and that's pretty hard to say about most mechanics.

Had car inspected and transferred title/registration. Car was inspected but needed tires (which I expected). Owner wanted to sell me tires for "about $800" but failed to provide details (make and model) so I shopped prices at other shops and returned THE NEXT DAY with tires on the car and to get my inspection sticker. Was made to pay a second inspection. They said it was because I returned the next day but I suspect it was because I didn't buy the tires from them.



Also, the owner's mom handles the title work and suggested I sign my husband's name on the paperwork ... clearly fraud.



Also, numerous people stopped in the shop to "visit" and talk about where they all partied the weekend before. I guess they are a drinking crowd.



I take all my vehicles to K&J Auto, Ridge Ave Hanover. They are honest. No B/S, like at this place.

Very friendly , knowledgible, and experienced.... they offer loaner vehicles if you are getting work performed on your vehicle, that way you do not have to take the day off work. Have a clean waiting room with hot and cold beverages.
