Genpact

Unethical practices. Trainee with no experience getting paid more than me. I was in this role for 2 years at this time. False letter telling me I could get short term disability for 2 week hospital stay. Went back and forth with absent management company for 2 months and they required all of my medical records. I paid $68 for my records which were about 200 pages long. Contacted them to follow up after 2 months and then they said I wasn't able to get it because have to be with Genpact 180 days. I was with Kraft Foods which was sold to Genpact.
