I was in need of a roofer due to a leak. I called this company with an immediate response. The person on the phone said he would send someone out by noon. He came as promised. I explained my situation and he visually inspected the roof.I was not impressed with his manner and He lacked professionalism. He was quick to " put down " or be negative about the other roofer that evaluated the situation of my roof. What I am most upset about is that I called this company 5 days ago ,left several messages and have not yet received a call back. I desperately needed to have them return to my home because of an ongoing problem with my roof. Please be cautious before you call this company. As of this moment they have not called back.
