While the service is most amicable, the follow-through has a lot to be desired. My appointments have been regularly cancelled, and trying to reschedule them has been difficult. To this firm's credit, I did forget one appointment and I was unavailable for almost a month. But I experienced this in the months prior to my unavailability, and the weeks afterwards as well. I think it would be good for them to let their clients know, on a regular basis, where their case stands, and if there is anything that we need to do. This should be done without me/us having to call, over and over again, to see what is going on, or what I/we need to do.
