Penn's Auto

Just went to buy a car from here. Salesman and I settled on a price that included the car to be inspected and he assured me that anything needed for inspection would be done by them. He said that the car was pre-inspected already and everything was road worthy. It just needed to be run through inspection, and to come back in an hour. Now the car needs four new tires (which my husband (an inspection mechanic) told them would not pass, and an front half shaft. So now if I want it to pass inspection, I need to pay for those repairs or they will fix the items but the purchase price goes up! I'm not falling for their scams. I dont even want to go into the extra long inspection "test ride" (over 45 min.) the mechanic took in the car. Not falling for that either. The car will probably have a check engine light on in a few days.
