        Family Design Resources, also known as FDR, is a nonprofit agency that helps agencies that serve children and families in navigating the challenges of adoption and permanency. It works to enhance the lives of children, youths and families through technical and legal assistance, training, workshops, consultation, evaluation, and curriculum and program development. Family Design Resources administers training programs on a variety of topics, including child welfare, family functioning, diversity and shared leadership, and private and public partnerships. Its consulting services include legal partnerships, help line support, meeting management, resource maximization and cultural awareness. Family Design Resources program management services emphasize strategic growth and fiscal sensitivity.
