A Touch Of Class Auto Detail

Stay away from this place if you want an actual cleaning. I feel cheated and taken advantage of.



I purchased an express cleaning from A touch of Class Auto Detail for $65 which ended up being them washing my car, vacuuming my carpets, and washing two of my four wheels. What the express clean said it included was "crews wash the entire exterior including tires and hubcaps. They then venture into interiors to clean door jambs, vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery, clean door panels, cup holders, dashboard, center console, and windows, and clear dust and dirt from cracks and crevices." I originally thought the deal was perfect, and thought they must be really great at what they do to offer to do all of that so fast.



They didn't clean an inch of seat, or dashboard, or center counsel, or my cup-holders, or the door panels, or the easily vaccumable dirt in the pocket of the door handle, and more but I'll ignore the rest. When asked if I was able to drive my car back for the place they missed (basically everything) the worker told me that the door panels were not a part of the deal before handing the phone to the manager who told me I would have to pay for a full cleaning if I wanted any of what I wanted done.



With before and after photos the only noticeable change would be shinier door handles, a couple cleaner floor mats and only 2 cleaner tires. I feel like if this place wanted spotless cars to clean they should have given me the heads up before I brought a dirty car to them to clean.



Save your money and pay your niece or nephew to do a better job than these guys.
