        Overall

        Horrible customer service!!! I called yesterday just to ask general questions and a girl named Michelle (or myshel) picked up the phone and was extremely rude and hung up on my face!! If the lawyer is okay with people like that working for him or isn't being attentive to how he's being represented.. why would I want him to handle my case?? Not cool ����
