        We sold these guys some products for pool heating and they never paid for them.
        We contacted them several times but they never sent payment.
        I hope you are careful in your dealing with them.

        POOR SERVICE AND PRICE

        If you have another option for service - use it. It took 5 visits to fix the problem and I was then over charged for the repair. I found the same pump available (from the spa manufacture) for 40% less than I was charged. This was for the pump only - labor was additional. I had to contact the manufacturer to even get a response back from Leisure Time. I asked for the defective pump back and they wanted to charge me for shipping. Complete SCAM artist - BEWARE!

        there are 500 different pumps. You did not find one for 40% less. We didnt come out 5 times, it was twice because we do not bring every part for every hot tub ever built. We never charged you for return trips. Name a company who doesnt charge for labor? We gave you prices BEFORE you booked the job. You agreed to pay it and it is the going rate. If you find some price online, it also has shipping costs etc.
