My experience with Spitzer Ford Hartville was excellent. Zach Koval was very helpful, from the time I first reached out to taking the time to show me all the different features. I would consider going there for a future car purchase.

Many members of my family have had the pleasure of doing business with him over the years, but this was my first purchase from him and it was just the best experience. I arrived initially inquiring about a vehicle I've had my eye on at another Spitzer location, but then changed my mind once I got a look at another great car on their lot. Brody was patient with me and answered every one of my many questions thoroughly and professionally. The whole staff from the finance guys to the porters were just a delight, all smiles and courtesy, even during what seemed like a very busy time. I highly recommend taking your business to Brody!
