Ms. Roby is a nice lady..i havent been there in a while...reason being. It took at least 6 weeks to recieve my glasses...the staff is rude...and unproffesional...bad for business. You never know whos listening..clean up the attitudes and greet the patients with respect..this will be a wonderful place to do business...with or without your children......

The optometrist is caring and professional however you can't say the same for her staff. I've witnessed rude behavior, unprofessionalism, bickering, failure to respond to customers, employees won't bother to ask if customers have been helped or not. They also have extremely long wait times after you arrive for your appointment. We waited almost 2 hours for a scheduled appointment. I had to order new frames recently because the original frames purchased cracked. They said they couldn't place the order without a deposit. I paid the entire amount. I was told the frames would be delivered within 7-10 days. It's been two weeks and counting. When I called to inquire when the frames I fully paid for would be delivered since its been well over 7-10 days I was told "Oh maybe they'll be here this week after the holidays. While attempting to press Jade (probably not her real name) she said oh they are on back order. Isn't this something that should be communicated to your customers in advance? If the optometrist wasn't so nice I would have given a zero star rating.
