I love A-1 Appliance! The salesman I deal with at the Harvey store is Andreas, who is wonderful. He has good follow up and will treat you with honesty and courtesy. I do my homework prior to buying an appliance by reading online site reviews and also personal reviews by those who've purchased an appliance I'm interested in. Andreas will tell me if it's in stock, or when it will be back in stock, and will phone me if he has something he thinks I will be interested in -- he's the best. As for the other review, you need to take up a faulty appliance with the manufacturer; no store can deal with a used appliance, as they can't re-sell it. I always buy the extended warranty and have had good luck with those from A-1 as well; today I purchased a new refrigerator to replace my 5-year-old one, which I'd had a lot of repairs on and needed yet another. My warranty provider gave me $1650 towards a new one, along with $50 to have it delivered! You can't beat that! I buy all my appliances at A-1 from Andreas -- they have a good selection and have a 30-day guarantee that they'll meet any other advertised price, too, so I have no worries. More than pleased which is why I go back to A-1 for my appliance needs.

get your appliances at wal mart you never have a problem with returns!! i spent over a thousand dollars, $1000.00 at A1 and they refuse to refund my money and its only been 3 weeks, the product is a 46" samsung lcd tv, and the picture is the worst! never buy from these people!
