U Rent Em Canoe Livery

Made a reservation a month ago for 1:00 PM. Showed up on the date only to find a 45-minute wait just to register/sign-in and an additional 2-hour wait to get on the tubes. There were 6 of us and we drove from Toledo for this. There was no place to sit as we waited....just the ground. Why weren't we told this could happen when we made the reservations?? Very angry and will not recommend.

I was a loyal customer for these people until today. We were heading down the river and stopped on what was apparently their property, although unmarked, to let my blind friend’s service dog stretch a few minutes. While they were taking a break, I was helping their customers get into the water since they didn’t even offer. From there, they yelled at us to get off their property so I had to hurry my disabled friend and his service dog out of there, even after giving their customers better service than they did. I will never use their service again because anyone that treats the handicapped as they do, don’t deserve my business or anyone else’s. That is no way to treat an injured soldier.
