        Really knowledgable, kind, and fast. They are always kind about calls to drop in and take time to check out a vehicle. They are really responsive about calls, consistently finish before estimated time, and do great quality work. I’ve had a great experience with 3 different reps, so it seems like they really hire the best and encourage a culture of customer service and pride in their workmanship. I’m super impressed with the whole team!!

        After a couple of frustrating attempts to get an oil change (at other businesses), I made an appointment at Paramount in Hastings. They got my vehicle in right away, and did a comprehensive evaluation of other work my vehicle might need - but nothing was urgent and they were not pushy about it at all, which I really liked. Their Oil Change Club Car made this very affordable (for a full synthetic oil change, which are expensive). The staff was knowledgeable, friendly and polite. I will definitely be going back there for my next oil change!

        The staff is trustworthy and friendly. They make recommendations & explain the reason behind them, but they don't pressure you for a sale. The actual work performed has always been done right the first time which I appreciate.
