Great classes. The first hour is filled with the techniques, and the second hour is where you use the techniques in fun and real(simulated) situations. He always tries to equate the stuff we learn to real situations.



He takes you right into the the defense against stronger and more equipped enemies. I got my first belt after about 4 months of training and am working on my second. I highly recommend these classes.

Fantastic class! Duy is great: knowledgeable, skilled, and teaches both to the class and to each individual student. The extended curriculum (a little over two hours) provides ample time to improve technique, condition, learn new skills and practice familiar ones. The instructor, the students, and the Urban Fit staff are all incredibly supportive and inclusive. Fit and fearless.
