Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority is an agency that provides public transportation services. The agency provides bus services for various inbound and outbound tours. It serves the northeast area of Massachusetts with scheduled bus routes covering 1 million miles of city, suburban, interurban and rural areas. It also offers an array of special transportation service programs, including ADA EZ Trans services, Boxford Ring and Ride, Georgetown Ring and Ride, Groveland Ring and Ride, Salisbury Ring and Ride, West Newbury Ring and Ride, and the Call and Commute service. The ADA EZ Trans services are provided to persons with disabilities. Its service area includes Andover, Amesbury, Haverhill, Lawrence, Merrimac, Methuen, Newburyport and North Andover, Mass. It also provides transport services to the Lowell Transit Center. Additionally, in coordination with MassRIDES, it offers mobility training classes for businesses, agencies and community organizations. Merrimack Valley Regional Transit Authority is located in Bradford, Mass.
