Court Street Arts at Alumni Hall

Had a wedding reception at this site. Mark Chain, manager, was very nice until after the reception when he became beligerant at best. Refused to talk to us about problems he found with the cleanup. We ended up taking garbage away that was not ours, neither did it belong to our caterer. We were told by person representing the Hall during our cleanup the next day that everything looked beautiful, but Mr. Chain had a completely different story. Not nice person, unwilling to be reasonable in any way. Trustees or board of Alumni Hall should consider replacing him with a person more able to handle renting this site for events.
