I had an tattoo appointment scheduled for Wednesday at 1:00. Tuesday I called at 2:50 to cancel my appointment. I had pnemonia and was obviously not going to make it. I apologized for not giving 24 hour notice, and that I was hoping to reschedule my tattoo. I was told that Kaylie would call me back. Nothing. That Thursday I sent an email explaining the situation. I called back on Friday and was again told that Kaylie would call me back. Fast forward to the following Wednesday and still no phone call or email. Completely understand if I lost my deposit because I didn't give 24 hour notice, but since no one has called me- as far as I'm concered, they can keep the $50 and I'll find a tattoo artist that actually wants my business.

Kayli and Tony are a perfect pair and I love the tattoo I got. they are great artists and very knowledgeable. the studio is very clean and bright. not doubt I
would get my next tattoo from them
