Dale Singer replaced my roof furnace vent pipe boot which had dried out over time, causing a leak and water staining on the interior ceilings. He also checked and sealed the remaining roof vents. Dale was prompt to provide a quote which was very fair. Upon my acceptance, Dale promptly began performing the work. Dale noticed that the vent pipe was not triple walled as it should be, so he corrected this when replacing the vent pipe boot. I provided Dale with a house key and after completing the outside repairs, Dale painted the stained ceilings with Kilz stain block. When I got home, the work was complete and the stains were no longer visible. There was no excess paint on the walls or trim and no mess for me to clean up. I would not have known Dale was there except for the new looking ceiling. I fully recommend Dale as a knowledgeable, professional contractor who is reliable and trustworthy. His expertise and quality work ethic show in his work.
