The Pleasant Pooch

I just left the Pleasant Pooch and am completely touched by the staff there! I had just picked up a dog that I am fostering and needed his nails done. I walked in with out an appt to see if they could do the nails....I explained it wasn't my dog and that I'm fostering him and that he was saved from an out of state high kill shelter.....they had 2 groomers working on dogs but yet one stopped to take Baxter and do his nails. Not only did she do his nails....she gave him a sanitary clip down and cleaned up his face so he could see. They would not accept ANY $$ from me for these services. It's nice to know that there are still businesses out there (not the franchise type) that are in this line of work because they love the animals! It's not just about making a buck. I was also told that if I needed any of my foster dogs fully groomed that they would only charge 1/2 price. I applaud you Pleasant Pooch!

Couldn't disagree more! Was thrilled with haircut and service! All the girls were great and the haircut was flawless! Was pleasantly surprised that in the past I was not being charged the correct price (per owner) and she immediately addressed and gave me a huge discount! I would recommend them hands down!

I was a customer at the pleasant pooch for the passed two years. I'd brig my little girl every three to five weeks for a bath or for a hair cut depending on how messy she got in the time. I had been bringing her to the younger groomer Brianna who was both skilled at grooming and very sweet she always took care of my baby and made me feel comfortable leaving her since they don't allow you to stay She made her pretty and always had her smelling good when I got her back. She was fast and efficient unlike the other groomer there. I have returned for an appointment and am sad to have found out she is no longer there. The staff is rude and not very pleasant at all. The haircuts aren't the same and neither is the atmosphere. I will not be returning and if you were a fan of Brianna's you probably won't either.
