I have used Nichols & Nichols on many personal dealings and they are always the most reliable office to work with. I am also in the real estate business and they are the most knowledable attorneys for closings.

I gave Gary Nichols one star because you can't leave no stars. He is I'm sure desperate and literally stealing from my parents, two elderly people, one who has advanced stage Alzheimer's disease. Just one year ago he completed paperwork for us to protect their interests . One year later he takes $600.00 to change all the paperwork and stated to me "she seemed just fine". Well, clearly she isn't and that I'm aware he isn't a medical professional (which I am for 20 years) and was happy to take their check. He has no moral compass and beware he will take advantage of your elderly parents also!

These guys are very unprofessional...I had them do my closing the were higher then what was quoted me. There was very little contact with me then send the closing check us mail! FOUR DAYS AND STILL HAVE NOT RRCIEVED IT!

Terrible customer service. Mr. Nichols is rude and unprofessional.
