I have been doing business with with Hays Gold & Silver for a long time. Always a great experience and the owner is one of the nicest people I've ever met. Always friendly and helpful. Love going in there, even if I'm just browsing. I don't know who could possibly rate this place at 1 star, but whoever it was, to put it bluntly, "you, sir or ma'am, are an idiot." I will counter you said by telling everyone I know to absolutely give Hays Gold and Silver their business.

Hays City Gold & Silver is hands down the place to go! The prices and service can't be beat. The new management has carried on the great service and values Vern always showed his customers. Go see Rusty before you shop anywhere else!
