Closet World

I am very pleased with my new closet organization! I have to say that I was nervous after reading all of the negative reviews online. The designer was thorough and it was made very clear that you start off with a basic design and make changes as you go. I knew that adding a section of drawers and shelves would be extra. Backing was also extra but you really don't need it.
All of the people I spoke with were very helpful over the phone. The installation crew was on time and installed everything in about 5 hours, cleaned up and cut and placed my baseboards back in the closet where you can see them.
This is a big purchase so you really need to read all of the print, deposit expectations and ask questions about what exactly you're getting.
