        Overall

        Administratively it started off with staff leaving and sent amendments to the contract couldn't be accessed. Had to send copy of sent documents. The sells representative was not answering phone calls; had to go to his manager. After, this initial contact dates and job performance went well. I won't experience how well the windows are until the winter but they are well made.
