Out of all the vape stores in the whole Bay Area this vape store gets six stars, the man behind the counter is vary polite and vary honest his home made juice beats out all the factory produced juices and I can't lie vaporzone and novelty price is cheapest out there but the quality is vary rich I highly recommend vaporzone and novelty to anyone that thinking about quiting smoking cigarettes they have a great selection of vapes at vary cheap price!

Regrettably I am writing this prior to receiving my order. We purchase from 20 different stores a month and give a heads up to others looking for an awesome store. We look for FDA regulated, quality of liquid, customer sevice, etc. In this case customer service is excellent, however, that is as far as we have gotten. Regrettably this store is undocumented-ly closed on weekends, which caused our ’5 to 7′ day shipping to escalate to well over a week. After three days of processing, and waiting 8 days there is still no product in sight. One of the few companies we have black listed prior to sampling the product.
