Jumbo China Buffet

The wait staff was rushing me out of the door in 10 min of me sitting down. I ate one plate and lost appetite. She came over to the table four times fearlessly asking us to pay the bill and to hurry.

Jumbo China Buffet recently went through an owner transfer. On a recent, visit we encountered a very angry Sushi Chef that will not allow you to take more than two pieces of warm sushi without tipping him. As a matter of fact, my husband saw him in the bathroom and none of them washed their hands. As well as, wiping his nose while making sushi. To say the least of cross contamination of utensils. As far as the steam tables the cold food is warm and the hot food at best room temperature. While attempting to something cooked at the hibachi grill I see a rodent scurry by in which when we pointed out to the chef he pretended to not to understand English. While attempting to get a bowl or cup for our soup we noticed dead insects in the area. When we pointed this out to the manager, she pretended to not to understand English. We did not eat too much went home and had severe diarrhea and projectile vomiting. Look at the health department record to see how filthy this place is. Look at some of the other reviews about getting sick. This place should be closed down. If you want to lose weight this is the place to go. We noticed insects crawling near the clams and shrimp. They reuse the hot tea they pour it back into the pot. The dish area is filthy and floors are slippery. To sum up this tantalizing dining experience you are better off not going there as well as being demeaned by your restaurant staff.

This restaurant is without a doubt my childrens favorite place to eat. We have been going here probably since they opened, and have never once had a complaint, the sreving bars are clean, the food is hot, there are more than enuff selections, and the staff has always been more than accomodating to us. My daughter is very fussy, and normally will only eat the crab legs, but at this buffet even she can mange to find something else to munch on, and my 4 yr old adores the lomein noodles.

....just about everything is deep fried. Crab legs are on the buffet as well as ribs...but don't ask for something like mustard, or the staff gives you dirty looks.
