Brookside Mobile Estates

Brookside mobile is a terrible place to live. It's like living in a prison. Park rules you are not allowed to use a grill anywhere within 15ft of your own or a neighboring trailer(these lots are so small that you are lucky if you have 15ft anywhere). you are responsible for your own lot maintenance and snow removal, yet you are not allowed to use leaf blowers or snow blowers(not even electric). you cannot do any maintenance to your vehicle in the park so you better have a friend with a garage. The roads are terrible with potholes and are extremely narrow, forget about fire trucks barely make it through. If you have friends you better get together somewhere else the guest parking is extremely limited. Management say its a family park, and yet there is no place for children to play. It doesn't matter if you rent or own, you cannot add or modify your home to make it more personal or comfortable. The lease is a trap. There is no rent control. Brookside is hands down the worst place!
