I am really disappointed. My initial review, was 5 stars. During the last snow storm, we found a leak in our bedroom. I reached out to Chuck, hoping that we could get it fixed immediately. (My 7 year old uses that section of the room for online schooling). We didn't have a roof replacement in our budget, but hey, it happens. His crew came and worked on the roof diligently, or so it seemed. They worked in the cold, which I had to give them credit. They were able to finish in one day, which I was impressed with. Then it rained, and to our surprise the the same spot was still leaking. Now, I know that contractors are not magicians. However, when I called Chuck to have him come back and asses it again, he said he would see what he could do. Since then, I have reached out to him numerous times and still no response. My wife has also tried reaching out as well, to no avail. I can't fix the drywall ceiling until I know where the leak is coming from and left that expertise to the roofing contractor I hired. Who will not answer my calls, text messages or email. Integrity is essential in doing good business and I am disappointed. We were ready to recommend his company to our friends and family, get an estimate on other renovations for our house. Now we have to take legal action. Save the stress and headache and find yourself someone else.

If I could give 100 stars I would. Charles, his crew and the office staff were professional, thorough and respectful of our property. Charles provided me with an excellent breakdown of what needed to be accomplished. Charles and his crew arrived on time and completed the job as promised. A horrific windstorm in PA damaged our roof. We had at least nine holes and damaged shingles. This company was the only one who returned my phone calls immediately Charles and Jose answered all my questions no matter how small but important to me. This is what matters, when a contractor and their staff, is not only professional but treats the customer with complete respect. I would recommend Ehrenberg Roof and Construction for any other job I may have in the future.
