Buick and Cheverloet Owner

I have purchased three vehicles from Derek Scott. He has always been fair about the deal. Service is extremely good. They go out of their way to take you home or give you a car to drive home. Their service is fast and excellent work and a fair charge.I would reccomend any one to buy from him. If you do have a problem all you have to do is talk to Derek and he will do his best to fix it. I give 5 stars

I went through the GM site, selected a vehicle, and made an offer on the vehicle located at this dealership. They responded that they would get back with me the next day. They did not respond, I went to the GM site again early the next week and found the vehicle at another dealer. Still no contact. Finally I sent an email and they responded that they took the "high road".



My shopping experience would have been much better if the dealership had been open and honest. They could have at least sent an email that they preferred not to accept my offer. Wouldn't advise shopping here.

Dear Sir, After a thorough review of this situation it was noted that the Internet Sales Manager during that period did in fact respond to the email in a timely, professional, and appropriate manner. I can also state that a $10,000 discount offer that was made would not be attainable for the selected vehicle. It was further noted that you had requested a quote for a vehicle that was in the custody of another dealer’s inventory for which was implied in this blog. While not uncommon it is certainly not in keeping with any reference to standards of personal integrity when the holding dealer evidently could not achieve the desired discount as well. In reference to the comment “ They took the high road “, is frequently used by selling entities to deter argumentative or confrontational customers which subsequently leads to a bad sales experience which has never, and will never be, the intention of Derek Scott’s Auto Park.
