Good customer service. Great food. Love their burgers and cheesy chicken sandwich. Sitting outside on the deck looking at the water while you eat is a favorite of our families. #highly recommended#reasonable prices#good ambiance#friendly staff

A favorite for many reasons: great burgers, charming setting, supports the community & local teens, close to the park, etc.
Drawbacks: long wait times, limited seating, and a bit too expensive for frequent stops.

This was by far the worst service I have EVER had at a restaurant. My son and I went into the restaurant on a Tuesday night, with the rest of his baseball team, and we had the pleasure of being waited on by the RUDEST and MOST HATEFUL waitress (no name badge, but the only female waitress in the restaurant that night). She overlooked our order, which had obviously been ready for a while because it was cold when we got it, and when she finally brought it to the table, she practically threw it down and turned and walked away. I brought this to the attention of the manager (Matt), who said he would handle it. Well, we stayed for the baseball team's video presentation, and not once did I see Matt "handle it." Needless to say, I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THAT ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!!!
