More often than not, your dental appointment will likely begin with dental x-rays of the outside and inside of your mouth. During a dental x-ray, you will simply need to remain still while images are taken of your teeth and jawbones. Had three different procedures so far (four, if you count the exam). Replaced a crown; tooth extract; fillings. All were done expertly and efficiently. And with sufficient anesthetic. The filling were done with some sort of laser to negate the use of a needle stick. This worked out great! I won't say it was painless, but felt it was as good as it could be. Some of the issue is my own doing (genetics) and improper hygiene. The staff was great, warm welcome coming in. Billing dept helped me maximize my benefits. Dr. Formica listened to my concerns and didn't scoff or dismiss questions on procedures or sequencing. I felt like a valued customer, even though only two visits so far.
