        Overall

        Stuart Schweigert is a dedicated athlete and trainer. I have never witnessed anyone encourage, praise and push their clients with so much heart. He is continuously on the move to keep his trainings better than ever and fitting his client's schedules. Not to mention his past accomplishments as an NCAAF and NFL player. Highly recommended!!
