Overall

After paying $132.00 on an air condition piece they decided to charge me $586.00 on labor cost only to have the Air condition work for only 1 day and had to bring it back to the service the next. Once at service I demanded to speak to the manger Jimmy Lennon who I spoke to the night before surely guarantee I would be in first and out the door before my shift at work. After 5 hours of no answers, watching the services reps joke around behind their desks and waiting around I was indeed late for work because of course the car was not ready and needed more work. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Overall

It seems like this dealership has made quiet a few errors with return lease bills/ early lease termination bills. I shouldn't have any money due on my old lease since i got into a new car with them, not only did NMAC take a credit I had on my account (In March) and applied it to the amount owed (because Nissan of Garden City didn't pay it off) but it also didn't take care of the full amount it said i still owed $777, I tried reaching out to my sales person (Ron) who forgot I called and emailed multiple times. I called many times since my purchase and I have left voice mails with no return. When I did get in touch he said he would take care of the issue. That was in Febuary and it is now June! I shouldn't have to deal with this stress!!

Can you please provide me Email ID for General Manager at Nissan of Garden City.

One I found from website and emailed is bouncing back.



Also I am waiting for your response on my below email.

I am suffering financial loss and mental distress due to error/mistake made by your dealership.



Also I have researched about explanation you gave me on phone that mistake is done because of my last name.

You told me that we have lot of “PATEL’” as customers so during entering data mistake happened.

I disagree, as when you go for servicing car, they use your registration or VIN to pull data from system.



And if I never been to location it should not be with you.



I am thinking of going to small claim court and to Nissan about negligence which your dealership made.
