I purchased a beach cart from this company, it was too small (my fault), I called multiple times to get instructions on exchange, no answer, waited quite a while for a response and ended up purchasing a larger cart from a third party, cheaper, but still fulfilled by CPI. The new cart was perfect, no issue. The customer service I received in regards to the return of the first cart was horrible! I was told to return the cart in original box in resell-able condition. I sent it through USPS Priority 2 day Mail, after several days it had still not been received. The package was tracked. It was held for pick up due to the size of the PO Box the company maintained at the PO. Notification was placed in the box, as regular pick ups were made by the company at the PO but the package was left at the post office after numerous pick ups. Terry adamantly denied the box would fit into a car and told me the company would refuse to pick the package up. She also told me that UPS and FedEx were more reliable and preferred by the company (this was not previously stated.) The Post Office assured me it would return the package after 15 days and I ended my contact with Terry and CPI Designs. After my heated argument with Terry and my request to speak to a manager/owner my purchase was refunded. Item was sent 1/7, delivered 1/9, business was contacted 1/12, and 1/20, refunded 1/22. Long process with unacceptable customer service. I will never again purchase from this company based on Terry's unwilling and hostile customer service.

I purchased a large fishing cart that was made by this company. One of the valves feel off the tire after about a year, right before family was coming into town to fish at the beach. I emailed them a picture of my problem and they immediately fedex me a new tire, no charge. Great customer service!!
