Big O Tires

I very highly recommend this shop to anyone who is looking for a TRUSTWORTHY, RELIABLE and TRANSPARENT repair shop to bring their vehicles to. My niece was experiencing an overheating issue and we took her car to shop after shop and none of them were able to figure out the issue. We brought her car here and was immediately greeted by Kj. He paid close attention to what she was describing and quickly got the car into the garage to diagnose the problem. Not even a half hour later, Kj comes back inside with a FULL inspection and amazingly had found the issue for the overheating. He went into detail with us the other items on her vehicle that he noticed were about ready to need attention and never once pressured us into buying anything. He answered every question we had with the most amazing professionalism and his knowledge on repairing vehicles really showed! I ended up having all of the other items he mentioned on the car replaced and he did the repairs himself and had the car back to us at the time he promised. My nieces car runs much better than it did when we brought it in and i no longer have to worry if her car is going to break down. SUPERB JOB GUYS!!! Don't let the negative people get to you, you guys have just gained a new lifelong customer!!To anyone looking for a repair shop, look no further. Ask for Kj and rest assured your vehicle is in good hands!

David the manager is the most disrespectful person I have ever met in my life and you cannot get past him you ask for corporate and he tells you he doesn't know what you're talking about. He was so certain he was right he pulled a 17 year old teenager off her chair in the lobby to put her on the phone with me and tell me I was wrong. If I could give this place a zero I would. In addition supposedly they did an alignment but they forgot to print out my alignment sheet so I have no proof. And I called them back for this print out within 45 minutes but they had gone on to a different screen and could no longer print it

I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was by the owners' son today, as he announced, in front of me, to the shop that I was a dumb B**** for asking them to put more air in the tires because I knew the sensor would go off the second it was at the right pressure (it has in the past multiple times). The worst part is until he got involved the rest of the employees were accommodating and respectful. While he continued to tell me that I needed to drive 25 miles before it would shut off. This is NOT how my car works. The display read "pull over immediately" I am not leaving a TIRE store with my TIRE sensors going crazy and putting my two year old in the car. Once reported, the mother (owner) called, listened and apologized and try to come up with solutions to make it right. The father (owner) called back later and said he was sorry and once I asked what the policy was if I was not satisfied, he interrupted me, told me that it was his business and none of my business and he would not waste anymore time on the issue and hung up on me. Craziest part THE SENSOR WENT OFF AS SOON AS THE KIND EMPLOYEE FILLED IT TO MY REQUESTED AMOUNT!!!! What a "dumb (CORRECT) B***** I was!
