Horrible service!!!!! Do NOT buy furniture here. Bought a mattress here based on the sale jockeys promise that it would be delivered by the end of the week.



One week later and no mattress??? Called to talk to the manager "Rachelle". She was rude and had a horrible attitude. She acted like I was silly for being upset about their salesperson lying to us.



I can get the same mattress for the same price at store down the street but was informed by the snotty Rachelle that I would be subject to a restocking fee... UMMMM you don't even have it at your store yet like you promised so how could I be charged a restocking fee.... WTF????

On Feb 26Th My Husband And I Went Into Big's And Found Nice Bedroom Furniture... We Paid Cash Upront And We Were Told We Had To Wait 1-2 Weeks For Them To Get It Delivered To The Store And That They Would Call Us To Schedule A Delivery Date... That Never Happened!! I've Been Chasing Them around For Weeks Now And They Keep Giving Me The Same BS, Oh It'll Be Here Next Week, And The Next.... I went Up There Today And Called The Manager Out, Boy Was he heated... I Have A delivery Date Set For Wed 3/24...Lets See What Happens.... I Really Hope They Do The Right Thing!!...But Either Way I Will Never Buy Anything Form There Ever Again!!

Worst experience, worst customer service

This company had no problem taking $1600.00 from us, but getting what we ordered, is another story. The first delivery day was Tues. Feb. 9th. I waited all day for a call to let me know when our bedroom set was going to arrive. NO Call! I called before closing and was told that not everything was in, but It would be coming in on Wed. and that someone would call me. Wed. 7:45, no phone call. I called them and they told me someone called. I only have a cell phone, no missed calls, no message. They said that I could receive my items on Thurs. I set delivery for Thurs. between 10:00am and 2:00pm. The driver showed up about 10:30 or so, I was happy. The driver came in and informed me that the bed rails were wrong and they could set the bed up, but will need to come back to replace them. Not only were they wrong, but the night stand was also wrong. I notice that the footboard also had a crack in it after delivery was made. I made note of the night stand and bed rails on the delivery form, but didn't notice the footboard crack until I was making the bed. I called the store and was told that someone would contact me to fix the problem. The week went by, no phone call. We went down to the store and we were told that they were sorry about everything and it would all be resolved

on Feb. 27th with delivery of a new footboard, side rails, and night stand. They also promised delivery between 10am & 12pm. 12:45 came and I called the store. I was told they would be here in 5 to 10 min., 45 min. later they arrived. The guys came in with the new night stand and side rails ( all dinged up ) but at this point I just want to get this over with. I asked the driver were the footboard was, he asked me whet footboard? The one that's on the delivery sheet. They didn't have it. I called the store once again, was told that they had to order it. (when I went in to the store to first complain, I was told that the only thing not there was the night stand) They asked me if I wanted them to deliver the side rails and footboard now, and bring the night stand in when it arrived. I told them that I didn't want to sit around waiting for deliveries, to please bring it when It was all available. I called the store on Sat. and was told I would receive a call on Mon. Mar. 1st, to let me know when I would receive my footboard, once again I had to call them. When I did I was told that they were going to need to order another one. WHY WASN'T THAT DONE FIRST THING THIS MORNING? And again why doesn't someone at the store call to let me know when it should be coming in?



We are in need over several more items for our place, and I let the sales person know that we would be coming back for more. That isn't going to happen. I wouldn't recomend this place unless you like the run around or high blood pressure. I would pay more for anything that we liked there, rather than deal with them ever again.



Hire some customer service reps. YOU NEED THEM
