Discount Tire

Went to get a flat replacement. They were inept in every way. Was lied to multiple times, the first salesman told me I 'HAD TO' purchase the insurance plan. I asked him to clarify that and he did. Then when I talked to his manager, he said it was optional. Later he tried to talk me into purchasing it at half price... like this was some sort of bartering flea market. They also said according to their company policy they 'HAD TO' put the newer tires on the rear and the older tires on the front. Aside from the BS they try to tell you about testing, the real reason for this is so that the old tires wear tread faster and they hope you return to buy more tires. Nobody else does this other than these guys. They couldn't even find where to replace my spare tire in my 2006 Honda Odyssey. Really? I had to show these guys were the spare tire compartment was. Because they rotated both my rear tires to the front, the pull on the alignment was all screwed up. I had to go to a real tire shop to put the newer tires up front the way they should be. I HIGHLY do NOT recommend this company to anybody.
