These guys are honest, friendly, reliable. I have been doing a lot of remodeling and have met many contractors recently. They did an excellent job on both of the projects for which they were hired. They do quality work.

Arnie has high expectations of his crew and the subcontractors he uses which reflects in the quality of work they do. A & S Home Improvements hung crown molding for me. They remodeled both of my bathrooms taking one of them down to the studs, replacing everything from the drywall to the sink and they fixed a door that was not closing. Arnie stands behind his work and the work of the subcontractors he uses. My homeowners association called A & S Home Improvements to repair two decks and a leak in the roof of a unit. A&S totally met my expectations. We asked A&S to take what was a cramped and choppy main living area and open it up to spaciousness and light. The result was a completely remodeled kitchen that opens into our great room and on into our 4-season sun-room. We got what we wanted and feel as if we have increased our living space hugely!



From finding and installing the custom mahogany flooring needed to make the whole first floor seamless using what we already had to create a new whole, to building us a custom railing to match the floor, and from finding and installing the additional custom kitchen cabinets we needed to do our kitchen expansion without starting from scratch, A&S did it all. They made sure we were in touch with the best for picking out our new granite counter tops and were pitch perfect on fulfilling our painting requirements, both in terms of color and application.



We feel as if we made new friends as a result of this work. From the carpenters to the plumbers to the painters, everyone was attentive, helpful and responsive. It made what could otherwise have been a difficult time of home interruption into one that was fun and personal.
