When we used them to buy our house, Cheryl showed us several homes and was able to provide good information about the area. That is the reason we used them to sell our home. That was our mistake. Do not use them to sell your home. They provided very little advice and all of the advice we received was solicited. Cheryl told us that if we didn't have an offer within the first week, she would tell us why and we would go from there. She never contacted us. We had to always go to her and ask for advice. Because they are such a small business, she only showed our house once in almost 3 months, and that was only after we asked her why she hadn't shown it. During the closing process, she was constantly giving information that may have negatively influenced the selling price of the home to the buyers' realtor. That is not how negotiations should work. She never understood this. It always felt like she was working for the buyers, not us. Because of a misconception on our end, she even told us our last counteroffer was a good idea, but it ended up costing us thousands of dollars. Someone who has years of experience should never allow their client to make a mistake like that. Her response to us, once we realized how it actually played out and emailed her about it, was very telling of how she really only saw us as a dollar sign and not as people that she cared about helping. You would be much better off selling your house yourself.
