Hello to the person who left the March 1, 2015 review! My name is Mahmood, the owner of Henrico Motor Group! I would like to first and foremost apologize for no one retiring your call! However, the past 3 weeks, me and my family had been going threw a tragic family situation and we had reduced our hours of operation to accommodate what we were going threw! Also, we had hired a person who's some purpose is to handle phone calls and miss calls also just a week ago! I'm so sorry you had a bad experience and would love to make it up to you! We the family stuff that was going on, I admit I feel behind on our website but it's alot of work to maintain it and I'm really focusing on try to get it up to date!! Please except my sincerest apologies and we hope we can serve you in the future, God Bless!!!

Great guys and really nice cars!!! They will work with you too, they have a great 0% financing plan for people who are looking to pay a car off fast! They didn't trip over my poor credit either! I plan on buying all my vehicles from them in the future, Moose the owner is the man!

Do Not Trust!!!! Called and left a message several hours before they opened that I was interested in a specific car on their website. After they had been opened about 1 1/2 hours I called. The salesman told me the car had just been sold, if I was a salesman I would have given some info on other cars on the lot.. Why do they have a message center if they are not going to check it? So now almost 24 hours later and the car is still on the website, they certainly are not prompt in updating the website and its not like they are going to try to sell you something else. They just must not care. If they don't care about their business, why in the world would they care about customers. Just my thoughts.
